Chanting, a devotion to Babaji
When we chant the sounds vibrate in the body, and thus the vagus nerve vibrates, is stimualted, touched. That’s the physical reason chanting has an impact on our nervous system.
Chanting can release blockages in the body, nervoussystem, and open the body up, raise the vibration and sense of welbeing.
Chanting every day, being devotional, really helps bring this about. The more we chant a particular chant the more it’s effect become aparent to us, the more it can affect us positivily.
If it’s hard in the begining, it can help just to try to not take it serously, are you needing to be good, perfect?
If you just do it anyway find a way not to care or just to do it anyway even if you care that it does not seem to be as “good” as you think it should be. Over time magic can happen.
Breathwork
Breathwork also stimulates the vagus nerve. As we breath it stimulates it in the throat. I feel that breating into the nose often increases that effect. But breating though the mouth is also good and can increase emotional release.
The increased oxigen in the body also has an impact on the energy body and creates a contition for change, movement of stuck energy in the body.
The berathwork below is a fire breath and then a breath hold. This is good to eleveate mood and energy, to help masculine energy and doing. This is not the best to release emotions, it can work but you may then need to be carefull not to hold too much. Watch out for if you are pushing your self in the holding part.
